Mindfully perceiving what is happening in and around me, without judging it right away.
In contact with myself
and others
A protected space for genuine encounter, deep experience and personal growth. In a group or in individual sessions.
What is Gestalt therapy?
Gestalt therapy was developed in the 1940s and 1950s by Fritz and Laura Perls and Paul Goodman. It sees the human being as a whole: body, feelings, thoughts and relationships belong together and influence each other.
The focus is not on the question “Why?”, but on “What am I experiencing right now, and how?”. Together we look at what is happening in this very moment: in the body, in our feelings, in contact with another person. Something new can grow out of this conscious awareness.
Old patterns may become visible without being judged. And within a safe setting, you can try out what it is like to act, feel or show yourself differently.
The present is where change happens. The past, too, can be felt in the now.
How do I meet myself and others? Where do I hold back, where do I reach out?
Carefully trying out something new: playfully, with curiosity and at your own pace.
Group and individual sessions
Self awareness group: Seven evenings in a small, closed group of no more than seven participants, led jointly by the Gestalt therapists Anne Glossmann and Caroline Eisbrich. The group is a living mirror and a safe field for experimenting at the same time.
Individual sessions: Space for your personal concerns, at your own pace and with undivided attention.
